In this very hot market Kevin helped me navigate a home purchase. In addition to the standard real-estate stuff, he was also very helpful dealing with issues around insurance, painters, and even had good advice on lawn mowers. The most significant issue he dealt with was a discrepancy in reported square footage. He resolved it by going to the city of Cary, and demonstrating that all the square footage was originally permitted. This helped out the appraisal, and allowed the mortgage to go through.
